Fictional content & wellbeing

Last updated 17 October 2026. Draft for review before production launch.

No real patients

Every person and medical scenario is fiction. Images are AI-created photorealistic fictional artwork, not photographs or documentation of actual patients. No purchase will save a life, change real care, finance an NHS hospital or purchase a drug or test for a real person.

Scripted in-app character notes

Account holders can actively choose to follow or mute fictional characters. Inbox notes are pre-written game messages; optional chat is either clearly labelled AI or scripted demonstration. Neither is a message from a real person. There are no charges, urgent calls to pay or medical demands in messages. External and browser notifications are disabled in this private preview.

Grief and vulnerable users

Characters must not claim to be a deceased person, claim that paying can reconnect anyone with a deceased loved one, cultivate exclusive emotional dependence, or apply purchase pressure during distress. Paid products remain optional and outside the AI conversation. Emergency, health or self-harm messages need a safe real-world support route; the service is not a substitute for professional support.

Story approach

Our stories focus on gentle moments, creativity, companionship and hope. We do not display survival countdowns contingent on purchases or pressure people to pay because someone appears to be dying.

Health-related sensitivity

Some users may find hospital settings upsetting. You can leave stories at any time and mute visual or audio effects. We do not give medical advice. Contact your healthcare professional for real health questions.

Reports

If a story, wording or illustration appears misleading or distressing, send the URL and details to the merchant contact shown on your Stripe receipt (the website support address is still awaiting publication). We will review credible reports.

Advertising and age suitability

Future sponsorships will be clearly identified and separately reviewed. Marketing must state that this is a fictional game, especially when placed near real clinical or charitable content.
