Digital delivery, cancellations and refunds

After Stripe confirms payment, a digital decoration is available in the selected room. Cards can be displayed and downloaded where offered. Nothing is sent to a real patient. This is a purchase, not a donation. Keep your receipt and order reference. If payment is pending, use Check payment before trying again.

Applicable law may provide a 14-day cancellation right and remedies for faulty, unavailable or misdescribed digital content. Clicking Pay or seeing a gift does not by itself waive those rights. Immediate-supply consent, acknowledgement and durable contract confirmation still need to be implemented together. Until then, PatientVille does not rely on a digital-content cancellation exception. There is no blanket all-sales-final policy.

For an existing purchase, use the merchant contact on your payment receipt and provide order reference, purchase date, item and a short description. Do not send card details or chat transcripts. Direct website contact and cross-device recovery are still incomplete. Your payment-provider dispute rights remain available.
