What PatientVille is
PatientVille is a commercial fictional storytelling and AI conversation website for adults aged 18 and over. All patients, hospital scenes and biographies are invented. The artwork is AI-created. We are not a hospital, NHS service, charity, medical provider or service connecting visitors with real patients. Comfort is a possible personal experience, not a promised health outcome.
Seller information and contact
The website operates under the PatientVille brand. The full legal seller identity, business correspondence address and direct support email have not yet been published here. This information remains incomplete; do not place a new order if you cannot identify and contact the seller. For an existing order, check the merchant contact information on your Stripe receipt or payment confirmation. Keep the order reference. Never send payment-card numbers, security codes or chat transcripts.
Free stories and conversations
No account is required. You can read the published stories and choose to start a free-text conversation with a fictional AI character. Messages and a short history are sent to OpenAI after the notice shown at the start of the conversation. The visible chat lasts only in the current browser tab and clears when the page is refreshed. Daily and short-term limits apply; service availability is not guaranteed. Buying a gift does not increase a character’s affection, improve health, unlock their story or make them a real person.
Optional digital purchases
The gift panels show current payment availability and prices for the selected currency. When available, checkout opens on Stripe and can collect a real payment. Review the item, recipient, currency and final total before confirming. These are one-time digital decorations or cards for a fictional room, not a subscription, donation or physical delivery. No payment goes to a real patient, hospital or charity.
You can change the recipient or card options before starting checkout and return without paying to correct an error. A decoration is provided after payment is confirmed. The same-browser purchase cookie enables restoration; clearing it or switching device can prevent automatic restoration. Keep your receipt for assistance. Responsible use
Do not submit personal, medical, financial or third-party information. Do not misuse the website, attempt payment abuse, circumvent rate limits or interfere with another person’s access. Conversations are fictional entertainment, not medical advice, therapy, an emergency service or contact with a deceased relative. You may end a conversation at any time.
Rights and availability
Content may be used for personal enjoyment subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. Maintenance and outages can occur. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability where that would be unlawful, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refunds rule.
These terms are intended to operate under the law of England and Wales without removing mandatory protections that apply where you live. The missing seller/contact information and the commercial terms still require completion and professional review. This notice does not certify legal compliance.
