Using the website

PatientVille includes text biographies and chapters, labelled form controls, visible keyboard focus and a link to skip to the main content. Public stories can be read without JavaScript. Interactive conversations, preferences and checkout require JavaScript and a working connection. Use your browser’s zoom and text settings if helpful.

Images, motion and chat

Character images include text descriptions and are marked as fictional AI artwork. The interface responds to the device’s reduced-motion preference. Chat uses a labelled text field and status messages. Press Enter to send or Shift + Enter to add a line. There is no live camera or audio call with a patient.

Known limits and feedback

An automated score is not an accessibility certification. We do not claim complete WCAG conformity or independent testing with every assistive technology. AI replies may vary in clarity. Hosted payment pages belong to the payment provider. If a feature blocks you, send the page address, the action you were trying and any assistive technology involved to the merchant contact shown on an existing payment receipt (a direct website contact is still missing). Do not include health information or payment-card details.
