Terms and seller information

Information

PatientVille is commercial fictional AI entertainment for adults 18+. All characters and hospitals are invented. We provide no medical care, therapy, charity service or contact with real patients. No health benefit is promised.

Stories and AI conversations are free within usage limits. No account is required. Messages go to OpenAI after the conversation notice. You may leave at any time. Optional purchases never affect a character’s health, affection or story access.

Gifts are one-time digital decorations or downloadable cards for the selected fictional room. Nothing is physically delivered, no cash value is transferred and no money goes to a patient or charity. Check the recipient, currency and final Stripe total before paying. Billing details are used for payment and tax.

After confirmed payment, the gift appears in the room. A necessary cookie restores it in the same browser and website host. Keep the payment receipt: changing devices or deleting cookies currently prevents automatic restoration. This is a known limitation. No perpetual hosting promise is made.

Do not send private, medical, financial or third-party information. Do not misuse payments, evade limits or interfere with others. Maintenance and outages may occur. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights, liability for fraud or other liability that cannot legally be excluded. England and Wales law is intended to apply without removing mandatory protections where you live.
