Necessary chat cookie

__Host-pv-chat identifies a chat session for usage limits and abuse prevention. It is Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict, with a lifetime of up to 24 hours. It is set when the chat session is created after you choose to start a conversation. The cookie does not contain the conversation text.

Necessary purchase cookie

__Host-pv-shop connects digital orders with this browser. It is Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, with a lifetime of up to one year. In the current implementation, when payments are enabled it may be set when the gift panel checks payment availability, before a purchase is made. It is not set while payments are off. Removing it or changing browser prevents automatic display of previously purchased items; it does not cancel or refund an order.

Temporary browser memory

Chat history, continuation tokens and temporary gift previews remain in the open tab’s memory. Chat does not use localStorage. Refreshing clears this temporary state. Language and market are represented in the page address and current interface state. The application does not add advertising or analytics cookies; its aggregate counters are described in Privacy.

Providers and browser controls

Stripe may use its own cookies on hosted payment pages. Hosting security services may also use operational cookies; the verified list for this deployment is Cloudflare may use cf_clearance for challenge verification; availability and duration depend on hosting security configuration. You can manage or remove website data in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent chat or purchase restoration. Changing browser settings does not erase records already stored by payment or hosting providers.
